Original Action Alert:

Send an Email Urging Senator Murray to Support an Independent, Third-Party Examination of CPSC’s Proposed Mandatory Standard for Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROVs)!

As you know the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is moving forward with its mandatory product standards for ROVs (also known as side-by-sides). CPSC’s proposed rule, if ultimately approved, would limit the ability of manufacturers to design vehicles to safely provide the level of performance that is expected by ROV enthusiasts, as state, regional and national enthusiast groups recently testified to the CPSC.

Take Action now. Send an email urging Senator Murray to support efforts to ensure that an independent third-party examines this issue before CPSC finalizes its rule!
