Public Meeting Schedule
Public land management agencies hold a variety of meetings to discuss and make decisions on the future of recreational access. These meetings include Forest Service and BLM Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) meetings and other meetings of interest to the outdoor recreation community. ALASKA
BLM – Alaska Resource Advisory Council

The RAC will meet to discuss several issues including District updates and resource management planning. The 2-day meeting will be open to the public and time for public comment will be allotted. The Southwest Colorado RAC will meet to discuss issues that could concern travel management and recreation. Specific issues on the agenda for the meeting will be supplied when they become available. FLORIDA
NPS – Big Cypress National Preserve ORV Advisory Committee

BLM – Resource Advisory Council (RAC) to the Boise District

The RAC will meet to receive a briefing from a representative of U.S. Senator Mike Crapo’s office regarding the Fee Repeal and Expanded Access Act of 2007, which would repeal the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. BLM – Northeastern Great Basin Resource Advisory Council (RAC)

The Northeastern Great Basin RAC will meet to discuss the Ely Field Office’s Proposed Resource Management Plan (RMP) generally, among other issues. The Proposed RMP revises the management of approximately 11,500,000 acres of public lands in White Pine and Nye Counties. BLM – Sierra Front Northwestern Basin Resource Advisory Council (RAC)

The Sierra Front Northwestern Basin RAC has announced its first of two public meetings this fiscal year. This first meeting will generally discuss the Pine Nut Mountains Resource Management Plan Amendment among other issues. Time will be allotted for public comment.
