Privacy Statement

Americans for Responsible Recreational Access developed this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site, Americans for Responsible Recreational Access.

We will never sell your information. We may share your information with other pro-access organizations. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. You will be asked to provide your password whenever you attempt to make changes to your profile on the site. We also recommend that you not forward emails sent to you from us, but rather use the "Tell-A-Friend" mechanism to help ensure the privacy of your contact information provided to us. Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name and email address). We use that contact information to send the user updates and alerts about Americans for Responsible Recreational Access campaigns and, when necessary, to contact the user.
